With 20+ years working in and with mission-driven organizations, she provides executive advisory, executive coaching, strategic planning, and organizational execution support to government agencies, emergency services, public safety organizations, healthcare systems, and regulated industries.

This diverse experience gives her unique insight into governance dynamics, regulatory complexity, and operational realities in mission-driven environments.
